Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment will incur an automatic charge of $75.

Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment will result in an automatic charge of $50.

We operate within 2-hour estimated time frames for arrivals to ensure efficient scheduling and productivity throughout our day. This strategic approach enables us to accommodate various factors such as traffic conditions and other variables that may impact our time, including necessary breaks.

For appointments scheduled between 8-10 am, our team will either provide you with an exact arrival time or ensure their presence within that specified window (8-10 am, estimated).

We aim to provide exceptional value with our cleaning services to ensure our customers feel well-cared for. Our standard cleaning package covers a comprehensive range of tasks, including cleaning the exterior of appliances like the refrigerator, microwave, and oven, dusting and wiping surfaces such as tables, countertops, desks, and dressers, and wiping down main door handles and doors if necessary. We also vacuum and mop floors throughout the home, excluding the garage.

Our standard cleaning encompasses all the services previously mentioned. Additionally, our deep cleaning option is available as an add-on, which can be selected during the checkout process. This deep cleaning service includes thorough attention to baseboards, window ledges, and blinds (within reach of up to 8 feet), air vents, intensive scrubbing of bathrooms, cleaning of all doors and doorknobs, and wiping down of chairs. Furthermore, the interior of appliances is included in our deep cleaning package.

Yes, we maintain adequate liability insurance

Each of our cleaning professionals possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in all services provided. Additionally, they receive comprehensive in-house training on our proprietary cleaning methodologies. Our team operates with deliberate efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

We conduct comprehensive background screenings for all employees, which include both national and statewide criminal record checks, in addition to verifying their driver’s license status.

Customers must report any poor service, breakage, damage, or theft within 24 hours of the service date in writing. Not reporting within this timeframe may forfeit the right to any corrective actions.

Should you have a preference for specific cleaning products, please indicate your choice in the comments section when booking our services, and we will gladly accommodate your request. Additionally, if you wish to change the products used for subsequent cleanings, simply inform us via email. Should you choose to subscribe to our services, we kindly require a minimum commitment of three cleaning sessions (Standard or Deep Cleaning) prior to the cancellation of your subscription. In the event that the subscription is terminated before the completion of three cleanings, a cancellation fee of $25 per unfulfilled cleaning will be applied.
