  1. Definitions

In relation to the proposal or quote (the “Service Quote”) for cleaning services (the “Service”) given to the Customer by Giari Precision Cleaning (both the Customer and Giari Precision Cleaning are referred to as the “Parties”), the Customer accepts the Service Quote and the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Giari Precision Cleaning agrees to provide residential and commercial cleaning services (the “Service”) at an address specified by the Customer (the “Property”).

  1. Labor and Equipment

Giari Precision Cleaning will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the performance of its duties. The services detailed in the Service Quote will be performed at the Property in a diligent and professional manner, in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Giari Precision Cleaning operates as an independent contractor and retains control over the execution of the work.

  1. Services

Giari Precision Cleaning’s sales representatives may provide a rough estimate of the duration of the cleaning service based on a basic description of the Customer’s premises. The actual duration may vary, requiring some degree of flexibility from the Customer. Giari Precision Cleaning will supply all necessary cleaning detergents and equipment unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Any cleaning equipment provided by the Customer must be safe and in proper working condition. Giari Precision Cleaning does not assume responsibility for any alarm systems, and the Customer must provide instructions for their deactivation/activation. Amendments to the initial quotation may be made if the client’s original requirements change. A $10 charge may apply for key collection from a location outside the scheduled cleaning area. The Customer must ensure access to hot water and power during the cleaning session. Fragile or highly breakable items must be secured or removed, with exclusions such as cash, sentimental items, art, and antiques. Giari Precision Cleaning may require the Customer’s presence or that of their representative at the beginning and end of the cleaning session for inspection and any necessary adjustments.

  1. Schedule

All working times must be mutually agreed upon by Giari Precision Cleaning and the Customer. Schedule changes are permissible with written confirmation from both parties. Services scheduled on holidays may be rescheduled for a mutually agreed date within the same week.

  1. Documentation of Services

The Customer grants Giari Precision Cleaning permission to utilize photographs taken during services for legal purposes, including but not limited to publicity, copyright, advertising, and web content. No royalty or compensation shall be payable to the Customer for such use.

  1. Liability

Giari Precision Cleaning shall not be liable for tasks not specified in the service quote, incomplete cleaning due to lack of hot water or power, third-party presence during the cleaning process, wear or discoloration of fabric or paint, or damages caused by faulty cleaning detergents or equipment supplied by the Customer. Giari Precision Cleaning reserves the right to refuse the use of certain cleaning detergents if special methods and products are required, with instructions and supplies to be provided by the Customer.

  1. Insurance

Giari Precision Cleaning will maintain adequate liability insurance, with a copy of the current certificate provided to the Customer. The company reserves the right to withhold confidential documents and will not arrange insurance if fees are unpaid.

  1. Access

The Customer is responsible for providing Giari Precision Cleaning access to the service location on the scheduled date. Various access options are available, including the Customer being present during the service, providing keys or entry codes, or leaving a key at the front desk of a condo or apartment building. If a security system is present, the Customer must ensure it is deactivated or provide correct codes before the scheduled clean to avoid any charges from local authorities. Giari Precision Cleaning staff will not enter any home without clear permission and access instructions. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

  1. Payments

Invoices will be issued upon the Customer’s request and must be paid in full before the service time. Payment methods include credit card or bank transfer. Failure to remit payment may result in termination of the agreement and additional charges.

  1. Modifications

Any changes or modifications to the agreement must be made in writing. Additional cleaning services require negotiation between Giari Precision Cleaning and the Customer, with records documenting each case.

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: The Customer agrees to provide Giari Precision Cleaning with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice in writing for the cancellation or rescheduling of any cleaning appointments. Failure by the Customer to provide such timely notice will result in the imposition of a cancellation fee. Furthermore, excessive cancellations by the Customer may be deemed a breach of this contract, potentially leading to termination of services. Conversely, should Giari Precision Cleaning find it necessary to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, the Customer will be provided with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. This policy ensures mutual respect for the scheduling commitments of both parties..

  1. Safety & Work Conditions

Temperature settings and safety guidelines must be adhered to for the safety of both parties. Hazards in the home must be communicated to Giari Precision Cleaning to avoid cancellation or additional fees. Cleaners will not remove their shoes for safety reasons. The presence of people or pets during the cleaning should be limited for efficiency and safety, with certain restrictions on cleaning certain types of waste. For safety reasons, please see that children are supervised while we are cleaning your home. We ask you have your pet(s) kenneled, in a room that we are not cleaning or outside when we arrive. Giari Precision Cleaning and its staff reserves the right to leave the premises if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior and you will be charged the full price of your cleaning. Giari Precision Cleaning will not be held responsible for the behavior of any pet(s) while the cleaning service is being performed.

  1. Owner/Customer Satisfaction

Should the Customer be dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service provided by Giari Precision Cleaning, the company commits to re-clean the areas of concern to the Customer’s satisfaction, subject to the following conditions:

  • -The Customer must submit a request for re-cleaning, specifying the areas of dissatisfaction, within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of the initial cleaning service.
  • -The Customer agrees to allow Giari Precision Cleaning or its designated representative to return to the premises for the purpose of inspection and to take corrective action as deemed necessary by Giari Precision Cleaning.
  • -This satisfaction guarantee does not extend to refunds; Giari Precision Cleaning’s sole obligation under this clause is to make reasonable efforts to rectify any areas of dissatisfaction through re-cleaning measures.
  • -Giari Precision Cleaning will endeavor to resolve all complaints and complete any agreed-upon re-cleaning within twenty-four (24) hours of the complaint being lodged, subject to the availability of staff and the Customer’s cooperation in scheduling.

This clause is intended to provide a clear and fair process for addressing and resolving any dissatisfaction with the services provided, ensuring that the Customer’s concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, without recourse to refunds.

  1. Complaints & Claims

Customer Obligation to Report Deficiencies: The Customer shall promptly notify Giari Precision Cleaning of any instances of poor service, breakage, damage, or theft related to Giari Precision Cleaning’s services no later than twenty-four (24) hours following the date on which the service was rendered. Such notification must be provided in written form to Giari Precision Cleaning. Failure by the Customer to provide timely and written notification as herein required may result in the forfeiture of the Customer’s right to claim any corrective measures or recovery cleanings offered by Giari Precision Cleaning in response to such reported deficiencies.

  1. Accidents, Breakage, Damage, and Theft

Any incidents involving accidents, breakage, damage, or theft must be reported to Giari Precision Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion, in writing. Failure to report incidents within the specified timeframe may result in the Customer’s inability to claim any loss.

  1. No Engagement of Cleaners

The Customer agrees not to directly or indirectly engage any cleaners provided by Giari Precision Cleaning for a specified period after termination of services without prior written permission. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice, specifying the last cleaning date and reason. Outstanding payments for services rendered are due upon termination.

  1. Return of Property

Upon termination or completion of the contract terms, all property provided by the Customer to Giari Precision Cleaning, such as keys or entry codes, must be returned in the same condition as received.

  1. Entire Agreement

This contract represents the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding all prior understandings, agreements, and representations. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

  1. Legal and Binding Contract

Both Parties represent that they have the authority to enter into this contract, which is legal and binding.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Florida law, with the Customer agreeing to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United States of America. Giari Precision Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice, with updates provided to existing Customers via the company website.
